We want your shopping experience at 45 Forged™ to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. RETURN INFORMATION

  • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If the wrong size or colorway was purchased for your order, these instances are not permissible for a return or refund.
  • If items are in less than desirable condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or 45 Forged™, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Please note that returns are only eligible on items with a printing error or material damage on the product.
  • Photos and/or videos of the product shall be emailed to 45forged@gmail.com to be used to determine the condition of the product.
  • Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or had a change of mind.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported with photographical evidence of product damage..
  • Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
  • Original Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Exchanges are not permissible. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please email us at 45forged@gmail.com to file the return request, and a representative will communicate back within 72 hours. 

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

45 Forged™ is not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged during the returns process. We recommend that you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and for our reference.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

45 Forged™ will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges for returned products

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
