When We’re Available

We are available Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When preparing orders, our goal is to get the merchandise to you as quickly as possible; our official processing time is 5-10 business days but we will often ship faster than that.

Payment Options

Credit Card

Credit card purchases go through quickly, without any payment processing delay. If you make a purchased at 45 Forged™ with your credit card, your order will go through in the order it was received. Credit card transactions are final unless 45 Forged™ issues a return reference number (RRN).

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is also available as a convenient checkout option.

How We Use Your Information

As you browse our store, we collect your computer’s IP address, which lets us know your browser and operating system. When you place an order, we collect your personal information such as name, delivery address and email address. By placing an order you imply that we may collect and use your information for the purpose of completing your order, only. We will not use any of your information for marketing or other secondary reasons without expressly asking for permission from you.

When you place an order we will also collect your credit card information. This is only stored until the transaction is complete, at which point it will be automatically deleted.

Disclosure

The only circumstances in which we will share your private information are if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of service.

Shopify

45 Forged™ is hosted by Shopify Inc., which also provides us with their data storage services. Your data is encrypted and then safely stored on a secure server behind a firewall. The company adheres to industry standards in information security management and performs annual audits to ensure that they are reaching these standards when it comes to handling your credit card. Shopify is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service platform - the highest level of compliance possible.
